This program brings together mindfulness meditation, Indian classical dance (Bharatanatyam), therapeutic music, and creative arts into a single, cohesive healing experience. Designed to reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and build community resilience, sessions are available individually and as group workshops.
Time: 1.5 to 2 hours per session
