Mindfulness Based Art Therapy

This program brings together mindfulness meditation, Indian classical dance (Bharatanatyam), therapeutic music, and creative arts into a single, cohesive healing experience. Designed to reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and build community resilience, sessions are available individually and as group workshops.

Time: 1.5 to 2 hours per session

Concessional rates can be applied in Group Session.

Life Skills & Coaching

An 8-session program built around vision mapping, emotional intelligence, and practical life skills. Drawing on wisdom from the Bhagavad Gita and the Hanuman Chalisa, along with modern coaching techniques, participants leave with greater clarity, resilience, and a personal roadmap for growth.
